
Our Story

​​Sinasera means “the place where life begins again” in the Amis language — a name that reflects our roots in Taiwan’s indigenous heritage and our respect for the land that sustains us.
Our coffee grows in the mist-covered highlands of Alishan, where fertile volcanic soil, pure mountain air, and steady hands come together in harmony. Each tree is cultivated by indigenous farmers whose connection to the land runs deep — guided by ancestral rhythms of balance, care, and renewal.
Every harvest is a dialogue between people and place: cherries ripened by mountain sun, picked by hand, and dried in the cool highland breeze. The result is coffee that carries the soul of its origin — floral, vibrant, and quietly powerful.
At Sinasera Coffee, we exist to honor that origin. Every cup tells the story of a land alive with spirit and of a people who continue to nurture it with devotion and grace.​
